Ona Lighting's principal designer, Katherine Lindsay, graduated with a Bachelor of Design with Honors in Interior Architecture from Napier University in Edinburgh, Scotland.
Since then, she has gained 13 years of experience as a designer within highly acclaimed and award winning lighting design firms in London and New York City.
She is currently based in Brooklyn Heights and freelancing with various designers since October 2019.
In 2019, Katherine was named one of the top 40 under 40 lighting designers globally.

Accomplished with numerous completed projects managed from concept stage through construction administration in a wide range of building genres - residences, offices, schools, retail, libraries, places of worship, galleries and museums.
Talented in creating architectural lighting details and executing clean and flawless lit effects by physically studying how light reacts to various surfaces and textures.
